Three Ways to Buy and Sell Your Property

When faced with the exciting prospect of buying or selling a property in Spain, there are three main options at your disposal. The first is to choose a national chain or franchise to do all the work, the second a neighbourhood agency and the last for you to go it alone. Let’s look at these options in greater detail, using Spain as an example.

The New Normal - Are We There Yet?

The current state of the real estate market continues to remind me of the family vacation with the kids in the back seat of the car. The constant, repetitive question being “Are we there yet?” The quick and easy answer to the question of any return to normal, stable markets is clearly “Not yet”.
